For every one hour massage I allow at least one and a half hours of my time. This means there is time to chat before and afterwards, and no need to feel rushed. It also means that I am fresh and have plenty of energy to focus on giving high quality treatments every time.

I do a maximum of six treatments in a day. I believe that the quality drops when any  practitioner attempts to do more than this. This means that I’ll never get rich, but I can feel good about what I do.

I care for the environment. I only use recycled paper, green power, plantation or recycled timber, and am a member of and donor to several environment groups.

I believe that the mind and the body are connected. Most illnesses have emotional factors contributing to them, and treating the physical body on its own is not dealing with the big picture. I am conscious of respecting the entire person, and not just the physical complaint in isolation.
